Handcross Park Holiday Classes

We are delighted to be running Mix & Munch Holiday Cooking Classes at Handcross Park school again this year having launched in October last year.

 

We have been running after-school cooking classes at Handcross Park on Mondays and Fridays and the holiday classes with more time allow for us to cook a greater varierty of dishes and cuisines and allows your cook to have a few dinner recipes they can make at home! 

 

We will be running cooking camps from 9-1 pm at the Pavilion at Handcross Park School in February & Easter holidays on the following day cooking the following menus:

February Half-term Holiday

 

Tues 11th Feb 9am-1pm   -  Chicken Tagine & Valentine Jam Tarts – in a box

Thurs 13th Feb 9am-1pm - Chicken or Vegetable Enchiladas & Bisochitos (these are superb New Mexican biscuits with orange and cinnamon – in a box)

 

Easter Holidays

 

Tues 25th March 9am-1pm -  Pizza & Banoffee Pie

Wed 26th March 9am-1pm - Rice Paper Rolls and Orange and Chocolate Biscotti

Mon 31st March 9am-1pm - Spaghetti & Meatballs and Chocolate Cheesecake

 

At each session each cook will make 2 courses, a sweet and savoury which can be eaten for lunch - (any leftovers taken home) together with a craft activity and a few games such as charades, MAFIA, wink murder, two truths and a lie, frozen unicorns. We listen to music when we cook too!

 

Minimum numbers are 12 cooks and maximum are 14 cooks per session. All food, equipment, take away items and aprons will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.

We have kept our costs the same as £45 per cook per session. Bookings can be made directly below with a link to the online allergy form and payment. It might be easier to set up an account with the booking system so that all the details are kept for the next booking!
